Are you or your teen watching the Netflix series Adolescence? This chilling series depicts the challenging ways teens are trying to navigate things like masculinity, loneliness, and the gender divide.

Here are a few simple questions to open up communication with your teen about some of the show’s themes to better gauge how they are managing these challenges.
