In the spring of 2022, three Falmouth Academy students sailed with the Falmouth High School Sailing team, which is a member of the New England Schools Sailing Association (NESSA), a division of the Inter-Scholastic Sailing Association (ISSA). In 2023, Falmouth Academy contributed six students to the FHS Yachtsmen team, which sails out of Quissett Harbor.
