The 300 Committee Land Trust Multi-date Speaker Series

The 300 Committee Land Trust is hosting a multi-date speaker series at Falmouth Academy in Morse Hall starting 1/21/2026.

The 300 Committee Land Trust is a non-profit conservation organization dedicated to protecting and preserving natural lands for the citizens of Falmouth, Massachusetts through land acquisition, stewardship, and community education. Since its founding in 1985, the trust has worked with partners and volunteers to conserve thousands of acres of open space, safeguard natural resources, and connect people with the environment through trails, educational programs, and public events. As part of this mission, the Land Trust hosts an annual Environmental Speaker Series that brings together scientists, writers, and conservation experts to engage the community with topical talks on ecology, biodiversity, and environmental science.

The 2026 Speaker Series, titled “Putting Science On The Map” and continuing with subsequent themed presentations, features a lineup of expert speakers exploring how scientific understanding, ecological insights, and storytelling enrich appreciation of local and global natural systems.
