Facility Rentals

Thank you for your interest in securing space for your events at Falmouth Academy. The school has a variety of facilities available for rent by community organizations whose functions are aligned with the school's mission. Please see a brief description of the available space below and the downloadable, detailed document of facility specifications and rental agreements.

Inquires about athletic facilities should be addressed to the Athletic Director and all other inquires should be addressed to the Director of Community Outreach.

Athletic Fields

Falmouth Academy has three regulation fields for soccer and lacrosse, two with bleacher seating.
Buxton Library

Buxton Library is ideal for smaller meetings and has seating for less than 100. Whiteboards and projection technology are available.

Food and drink not allowed.
Classrooms/Meeting Rooms

A standard classroom has seating for 35 with state-of-the-art interactive whiteboards and projection systems.

Double classroom spaces are available with expandable seating options.
Gymnasium

The gymnasium has a new floor and electronic scoreboard and can be divided into multiple playing areas. The capacity is 580 people with concert-style seating available.

Catered food service is allowed.
Volleyball net and basketball hoops are available.
Heald Music Room, Simon Center for the Arts

The beautiful and air-conditioned Heald Music Room is perfect for smaller groups. With great acoustics, the seating capacity is for 65 people.

Projection and whiteboard technology are available.
No food or drink.
Hermann Theater, Simon Center for the Arts

This versatile air-conditioned black-box theater can meet many needs from a film screening, live theater, a community talk, or a concert. It has a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system. The capacity is 270 people with chairs on the risers.

Adjoining spaces:
The Green Room may be included with this agreement at no additional charge but please note that the Heald Music room is not included with the rental of the theater and is available for an additional fee.

Hutker Yard (outdoor courtyard)

This architecturally designed garden courtyard adjacent to Morse Hall has a capacity for 150 people. Tents are allowed and make for a beautiful stand-alone event. This space facilitates the option for a combined indoor/outdoor function with Morse Hall (additional fee).

Kitchen facilities available
Morse Hall

Morse Hall is a light-filled air-conditioned multipurpose space that can be for any function from meetings to socials. The capacity is 150 using chairs and build-in stadium seating.

Adjacent kitchen facilities are available.
