Celebrate the sweeter side of the season in Celebrating Spring Desserts, an adults-only night school class devoted to fresh flavors and timeless treats. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll craft a classic french Strawberry Fraisier, sugar cookies with an inlaid design, and an elderflower lemon tart. 

Guided by an experienced pastry instructor, you’ll learn essential techniques like balancing acidity and sweetness, working with seasonal fruits, and mastering light, airy textures perfect for springtime entertaining. Whether you’re looking to expand your baking skills or simply indulge your creative side, this welcoming evening class offers the perfect blend of learning, laughter, and delicious results.

About your Instructor: 
Martha has been sharing her love of pastry with family and friends for years. A self-confessed Anglophile, Francophile, and viewer of every episode of the Great British Bake Off Martha has an extensive collection of cookbooks and has combined these interests into developing her knowledge of classic flavors and techniques. She has taken several classes at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and has recently been concentrating on perfecting her skills with French patisserie. Martha is the Director of Technology for Falmouth Academy and teaches a culinary elective for upper school students.
