Directions to FA

Falmouth Academy is located in the heart of Falmouth’s scientific, arts and culture district, just a short walk from the historic Village Green and the charming shops and restaurants of Main Street.

We welcome visitors year-round for tours of our facilities and inquiries about admissions.

From Cape Cod:

Take Route 6 west to Exit 1 and follow the signs to the Bourne Bridge via Sandwich Road (Cape side of the canal), then follow the Bourne Bridge directions below. Or, take Route 28 to the Mashpee Rotary and Route 151 west. From Route 151, take Route 28 south and follow the Bourne Bridge rotary directions below.

From Southeastern or Western Massachusetts:

Take I-195 or I-495 to Route 25 south and over the Bourne Bridge to Route 28 (see additional directions below).

From Boston and Route 3:

Take I-93 south from Boston to Route 3 to the Sagamore Bridge approach, where you go right onto Route 6 toward the Bourne Bridge. Follow the signs to cross the Bourne Bridge.

From the Rotary at the Cape Cod end of the Bourne Bridge:

Take the second right onto Route 28 South, toward Falmouth and Woods Hole. After 13 miles, the highway narrows into a two-lane road. Go on one mile, through the Jones Road traffic light. One-half mile further on, you’ll see a Intergas service station. Turn right before the Intergas service station onto Depot Avenue, which becomes Highfield Drive after you drive across the bike path, and go between the big stone gateposts. Our driveway is the first on the right. At the top of the hill, it forks. The left fork takes you to the faculty/student parking lot; the right fork to the front of the school, visitor parking, the playing fields, and the entrance to the gym and theater.
